Ultra Green and White Serpent Sea Star needs room for its arms to extend between sheltered areas. Arrange stable rockwork with shaded retreats and avoid handling that catches or pulls the arms. A visible central disc may represent only a small part of the animal's eventual reach.

Provide small portions of suitable marine food near the arms and watch for transfer toward the mouth. Common aquarium serpent stars can take chopped shrimp, fish or other meaty foods, but the feeding response of the actual animal matters. Check that faster scavengers are not collecting every portion first.

Maintain stable salinity and oxygenation. Green-and-white coloration does not establish a harmless temperament: some related brittle stars can capture small fish or invertebrates. Choose tankmates conservatively and confirm the species before planning adult space or a display centred on vulnerable shrimp and clams.
