Concept Aquariums Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of our website and purchases from Concept Aquariums. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and custom builds have different commitments

Retail orders depend on acceptance and availability. Custom aquarium deposits reserve materials and production capacity, and become non-refundable once manufacturing begins.

Using our site

You agree to use the site lawfully and not interfere with its operation, security, or content. We may suspend access if we suspect misuse or fraudulent activity.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Authentication is provided through Supabase.

Orders and payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Storefront checkout and saved cards are processed by Stripe. Point-of-sale transactions and selected quote card payment flows may be processed by Helcim. By submitting an order or approving a payment, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your payment method for the total amount.
We may cancel or refuse an order because of suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, or another operational concern.
Custom aquarium orders may be changed within 24 hours after the order is placed.
Custom aquarium deposits cover material costs and reserve production capacity.
Once manufacturing begins, the custom aquarium deposit is non-refundable.

Pricing and availability

Prices and availability may change without notice. If a pricing or listing error occurs, we may correct the error and adjust or cancel the order.

Arrive-Alive Guarantee and cancellations

Arrive-Alive Guarantee details and eligibility are provided at checkout and in the related policy pages. Approved claims receive store credit under the applicable policy terms.

Intellectual property

Our site content, branding, and designs are owned by Concept Aquariums and may not be used without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided on an as-is basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Concept Aquariums is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
