Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activities that occur under your credentials. Authentication is provided through Supabase.

Orders and payments

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Payments are processed by Square. By submitting an order, you authorize Square to charge your payment method for the total amount.
• We may cancel or refuse an order for reasons such as suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues.
• Custom aquarium orders may be changed within 24 hours after the order is placed.
• Custom aquarium deposits are used to cover material costs and lock in your order.
• Once manufacturing begins, the custom aquarium deposit is non-refundable.

Pricing and availability

Prices and availability may change without notice. If a pricing or listing error occurs, we may correct the error and adjust or cancel the order.

Our Arrive-Alive Guarantee, cancellations, and memberships

Our Arrive-Alive Guarantee details are provided at checkout or in related policy pages. Arrive-Alive Guaranteed. Receive a full store credit so you can purchase risk free. If you enroll in a membership or subscription, additional plan terms may apply.

Intellectual property

Our site content, branding, and designs are owned by Concept Aquariums and may not be used without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided on an as-is basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Concept Aquariums is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.
