Compare the required turnover with the actual flow available through your plumbing. The headline maximum does not mean 6,000 L/h will reach the display after water passes through long pipe runs, elbows or equipment.

Allow enough space to remove the pump and service the impeller. Keep the intake free of obstructions, and verify that the overflow can manage the chosen operating output. A shutdown test should also confirm that drain-back water remains safely within the sump's available capacity.
