Seatorch DC Pump 3000

The Seatorch DC Pump 3000 provides aquarium water movement in the 3,000 L/h size class. It can be considered for a return circuit where the required delivery is matched to the pump's performance at the actual installation height.

The number in a pump's maximum-flow rating does not account for every plumbing layout. Tubing diameter, elbows and connected devices all affect resistance, so compare the system's needs with the supplied model's performance information before finalizing the plumbing.

Keep maintenance practical by leaving access to the inlet, impeller and connections. Check for debris or calcium deposits when output falls, and verify water levels after changes to the return system. The drain and sump need to work with the pump during both normal operation and shutdown.
