CaribSea Eco-Complete Planted Aquarium Red 20lb

CaribSea Eco-Complete Planted Red 20lb is an iron-rich, laterite-based substrate for freshwater planted aquariums. The current manufacturer name is Eco-Planted Red; CaribSea confirms that the product and product numbers are unchanged. Its typical grains are 3–6mm.

Use the red planted formula according to its own setup instructions: it differs from the black volcanic version in composition. CaribSea lists this substrate among those that should not be rinsed before use. Plan planting and water filling carefully, then monitor the aquarium's cycle and plant nutrition as the layout establishes.
