ZooX Acro Booster 65w

The ZOOX Acro Booster 65W is a compact LED light intended for coral aquariums. Its LED array combines blue and violet wavelengths with a white channel, allowing the aquarium's appearance and light intensity to be adjusted for the animals being kept.

A flexible mounting arm helps position the light over the aquascape, and the controller supports scheduled operation. Check the mounting arrangement and aquarium-panel thickness before installation; the manufacturer's stated glass limit is 12 mm. Aquarium width alone does not establish adequate light at every coral position.

Begin with a conservative intensity when replacing an existing light and adjust gradually while observing coral response. A PAR meter can help assess differences between the centre, edges, and shaded areas. Keep ventilation clear and protect the fixture and its electrical connections from immersion and salt accumulation.
