Tunze comline Skimmer 9004

The Tunze Comline DOC Skimmer 9004 brings protein skimming inside a marine aquarium, making it useful for a system without a separate sump. Its surface intake draws organic-rich water into a fine-bubble chamber and collects the resulting foam in a removable cup.

Tunze gives this model a 60–250 litre application range depending on the aquarium's load. Use the more conservative end when evaluating a heavily stocked or demanding reef, rather than treating the largest volume as universal capacity.

Installation needs approximately 225–245 mm of immersion, room for the 110 × 90 × 305 mm body, and access above the cup for removal. The magnet holder is specified for glass up to 12 mm. Maintain a steady operating water level and keep the cup, air path and pump accessible for cleaning.
