Seachem Trace 250ml

Seachem Reef Trace is a trace-element supplement for reef aquariums. It is intended to replenish selected elements that can be depleted through biological use, oxidation, and precipitation, complementing the aquarium's broader water-maintenance routine.

Trace supplementation has a different purpose from maintaining calcium, alkalinity, or magnesium. Review the salt mix and other additives already in use before adding another product, especially if a dosing system already includes trace elements. More supplementation is not automatically better for coral health.

Use the current Reef Trace label for dosing and keep additions consistent enough to evaluate their effect. Water testing, livestock observations, and regular maintenance should guide adjustments. The manufacturer formulates Reef Trace without nitrate or phosphate, but it is not a product for removing either nutrient or treating an unexplained decline in livestock.
