ReefMat Gearmotor 250/500/1200

The Red Sea R35473 gearmotor is a replacement drive component for ReefMat 250, 500 and 1200 automatic fleece filters. It provides the motor-and-gear function that advances the fleece through the filter's take-up mechanism.

Match the R35473 part number when repairing a compatible ReefMat. The gearmotor is a component within the drive system, so it should not be confused with a complete drive unit, controller board, sensor or replacement fleece roll.

A filter that stops advancing can also have a jammed roll, obstructed mechanism or another drive fault. Identify the failed component before ordering, disconnect power before service and follow Red Sea's repair guidance for the particular model.
