Pink Stylophora Coral

Pink Stylophora is a branching small-polyp stony coral with a compact form. Its small polyps and rounded branch structure offer a different texture from the slender branches of birdsnest corals. Pink coloration can look quite different under different aquarium lighting.

Provide moderate to strong water movement around the colony, with room between growing branches and neighbouring corals. Acclimate gradually when changing light intensity, even if the eventual position will be brightly lit. Moving a coral straight into the strongest light is unnecessary stress.

Maintain a stable reef system with regular checks of alkalinity, calcium and salinity. A branching colony needs space to develop without shading its own lower areas or touching other corals.
