Pe Mysis 16oz

PE Mysis is a frozen whole-shrimp food made from freshwater Mysis diluviana harvested in Canadian lakes. The 16 oz flat pack suits aquarists who want to divide food into portions for different fish sizes or feeding groups. Piscine Energetics describes this food as containing mysis without added fillers or binders.

These shrimp are suitable for many freshwater and marine fish that naturally eat animal foods. Use them to complement the dietary needs of your livestock rather than assuming one frozen food meets every species' needs. Larger pieces may need to be reduced for small mouths.

Feed an amount the fish finish within a few minutes. Portions can be thawed before feeding; draining thaw water can help limit cloudiness. Store the remaining pack frozen and avoid allowing uneaten shrimp to accumulate behind rocks or in the substrate.
