Neptune Apex Solenoid Valve (SV-1)

The Neptune SV-1 is a normally closed, 24V DC solenoid valve for switching flow through standard 1/4-inch tubing connections. It can serve as a controlled shutoff in an appropriate RO/DI or other compatible fluid system.

Its electrical connector is designed for Neptune DC24 accessory ports on hardware such as the FMM, 1LINK and Energy Bar 832. A suitable separate 24V power supply is another supported option when the installation does not use those ports. Plan the power and control method along with the tubing connection.

Normally closed means the valve closes when it is not energized; it is not a precision metering device. Confirm the intended fluid and operating conditions against Neptune's instructions, mount it accessibly, and test the actual shutoff behavior before depending on an automation.
