Brightwell Reef Code A 500ml is the calcium-bearing component of the Reef Code two-part system. Its partner, Reef Code B, supplies carbonate alkalinity; together they support the mineral requirements of corals, clams and other reef-building organisms.

Measure calcium and alkalinity to set the amounts your aquarium consumes. Keep the concentrated solutions separate and allow at least 60 seconds between dosing A and B, as the manufacturer specifies. Premixing them causes precipitation and makes the ingredients ineffective. Check magnesium too when establishing a stable supplementation routine.
