Assorted Acropora Coral

Assorted Acropora Coral is a selection for an established aquarium with close control of reef conditions. Acropora includes many forms, so confirm the selected specimen's growth habit before deciding where its future branches or plates should fit.

These corals are demanding of light, circulation and chemical stability. Introduce changes gradually and provide water movement that continues around the colony as it grows. Leave room for expansion and consider the shade it may cast on its own base and neighbouring corals.

Skeletal growth changes calcium and alkalinity consumption, making regular observation and testing important even when the colony appears settled. Nutrition and lighting also influence appearance, so colour may change between systems. Choose this assortment when you can match care to the actual coral and maintain consistent conditions over time.
